Folio books favorite9/11/2023 I am in Australia, but happy to post world wide, if someone is willing to reciprocate by mailing me a FS book that I want. I felt it would be a bit crass to sell them on eBay, but I thought that swapping them for a FS book would be appropriate. My home has more than enough paintings hanging on its walls, and I have a cupboard full of original paintings that I do not have space to hang, so these prints (delightful as they are) are of no particular interest to me, and if kept, would join others in the cupboard. They are printed on heavy card and the total dimensions are 42.5x34 cm. The prints are shown below, and are the covers of the two books, but without the lettering, signed and dated by Katyuli Lloyd. I was fortunate enough to be one of the winners. I believe five sets were available to be won, but there may have been more. I hope it's an obvious signal/notification when I log in.Īnyway, it's nice to finally join here, and I look forward to a possible trade!Įveryone who purchased a copy of Patrick Leigh Fermor's "Mani" and "Roumeli" was entered into a competition to win a set of two prints signed by the artist Katyuli Lloyd. I'm in the USA (Massachusetts).īy the way, as a novice, I'm not sure how messaging works here. After that, I'm not sure, but preferably it would be another standalone children's novel. I'd be most interested in The Owl Service. I'm very interested in trading Barchester Towers for a different mystery book. They just arrived this morning, along with my free mystery book, Barchester Towers (sealed). Since then, I've hemmed and hawed with the idea of purchasing more volumes from FS it wasn't until my $40.00 voucher was due to expire that I ordered three subsequent books during the 1/2 price sale (The Ghost of Thomas Kempe, A Traveler in Time, and The Little White Horse). I was thrilled to see them offered in such wonderful editions, and immediately ordered them. Back in the fall of 2015, while searching for some nice editions of two of my favorite British children's fantasies (The Midnight Folk and The Box of Delights), I discovered the Folio Society.
